At Plent Beauty Care, we do our utmost to prepare your order for shipment as quickly and efficiently as possible. When your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code via e-mail from the carrier.

Same day shipping on business days

Do you order on a business day? Then your order will be shipped the same day. However, this does depend on the current stock. The current stock indicated for products on the webshop is only an indication. In exceptional cases it may happen that a product is sold out because it has been sold through another channel. For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, the package will be delivered the next day in most cases, although this cannot be guaranteed due to busy periods at the carrier.

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order at the warehouse. Due to strict ISO requirements the warehouse is only accessible to staff.
